4-way lamination line
4-way lamination line for the production of pizza, piadina and tortilla bread.
The processing technique guarantees the production of top quality products which are very similar to hand-made versions.
It consists of a 60 minute ECP prover, a parallel conveyor pre-laminating machine, a 1200 mm (width) double headed first laminating machine, two rephasing conveyor belts for perfect aligning on the four rows, a 90-degree positioning cutting conveyor and a 1200 mm second laminating machine.
This line achieves a production rate of 4,000 pieces/hour.
