Gruppi automatici RIDA - GAM Pietroberto
Il nuovo gruppo automatico per pane Pietroberto è stato sviluppato utilizzando le moderne tecniche di progettazione per ottenere una macchina compatta nelle dimensioni, versatile nella produzione, affidabile per i componenti e i materiali utilizzati.
Disponibile in 7 modelli, permette di spezzare e formare sia paste dure che paste molli con contenuto di acqua fino a 80% ottenendo sia pezzi di pasta solo tagliati (es. ciabatte) sia qualsiasi formato di pane avvolto.
Il nuovo sistema di correzione elettronica del peso e un magazzino dei coltelli sempre in linea rendono veloce e semplice la taratura della macchina, al variare delle condizioni di utilizzo.
Tutto è stato studiato per ridurre al minimo il maltrattamento della pasta ed ottenere cosi prodotti di grande qualità nella massima sicurezza e silenziosità di lavoro.
