Compact Line M110-2
The plant has an only one compact structure assembled on wheels provided with brakes to assure the perfect stability. 
The plant consists of the MAYA divider rounder and of the M110-2 compact line.
MAYA divider rounder
The two-row divider rounder MAYA is assembled on a rotating pin that gives the possibility to unload the dough, excluding the intermediate proofer.
The divider is provided with a modular system of chamber changing that allows to work with two rows and a weight ranging from  20 to 250 grams or one row with a production range from 250 to 500 grams.
According to the number of  rows and gram weight ,the production varies from 1000  to 4000 pieces per hour .Upon request ,a flour duster can be installed on the rounding belt and /or pressing cylinder can also be installed after the rounding operation .
                                                                                              
There are two versions: one machine has electromechanical controls and a manual setting of the weight range and the other machine has a touchscreen control panel and an electronic setting  of the weight range.
M110-2 compact line
The M110-2 compact line consists of a two-row intermediate proofer with an internal unit for the stamping, laminating and rolling operations. The pocket frames are solid and completely in stainless steel with two non-stick plastic pockets, suitable for food contact.
Two flour dusters provide to spread a regular flour layer on the empty pocket and dough before the stamping operation, in order to assure a precise dough separation, without debris. 
The stamping moulds are easily interchangeable, the setting  of the laminating cylinder and the moulding plate is quick and accurate.
The maximum pocket capacity is of 75 grams.
The maximum stamping production is of 2040 pieces per hour with 6 minutes resting time that corresponds to 17 strokes per minute. The production can be increased to 20 strokes per minute when the stamping process is excluded .
Products and hourly production
The M110-2 line can make stamped bread like kaiser, rosetta or stella, round bread  and roll bread.
The maximum weight is of 75 grams with a production of 2040 pieces per hour with stamping operation and a production of 2400 pieces per hour without stamping operation. The resting time in the intermediate proofer with a minimum production is of about 6 minutes.
Excluding the passage in the intermediate proofer and picking up the pieces directly outside the divider rounder, it is possible to obtain round dough pieces with the following characteristics: 
2 row production from 1000 to 4000 pieces per hour,  20 - 130 grams .
2 row production from 1000 to 3000 pieces per hour,  180 - 250 grams.
In alternative, oval pieces which are not rounded with the following characteristics:
1 row production from 250 to 1800 pieces per hour,  250 - 500 grams.
The divider rounder is equipped with a dividing set and a drum, suitable for the products obtained with the intermediate proofer, other weight ranges can be provided upon request according to the customer’s requirements.
